The overall quality of this valve is great, everything fits together well and the chrome finish is very well done. I installed it over a deep basin slate sink and so far it's working well. The stem feeding the sprayer leaks occasionally but I believe it's due to the absence of a support (included) in the installation presently, and the rough treatment it gets from others in my household. Every now and then I notice a trickle and retighten the parts and it seals back up. Also there are spare seals included. I work as a chef part time and love the sink valve at the restaurant which led me to choose a similar setup for home. At $200ish, this one is about half the price of a NSF rated American made valve so I'm not expecting industrial ruggedness from it. The sprayer blasts at even higher pressure than the one at work and the chrome finish is nicer too. Be aware that as this unit is Chineseium, the threads within it are metric and BSP. This shouldn't be an issue unless you need to swap components with another system. The inlets are fine with NPS connectors.Show Less

I didn’t want to spend $300 for a name brand that only gets modest reviews anyway and has far too many bells and whistles (some models even require batteries these days..) And I didn’t want a cheap sink glacier bay faucet either. This middle of the road option is perfect. Super easy to install, hardest part was removing the old rusty faucet. Once I got that out, this was installed and ready to go in about 10 minutes. The 2 power wash features are very powerful and exactly what I wanted. Easy to clean. Hose retracts perfectly. Matching soap dispenser is also great. If this lasts a few years, I will be happy!Show Less

This thing is pretty awesome. I had it installed and working in 15 mins and most of that time was drilling a hole in our granite countertops. If you DIY it make for sure you have taken a few minutes to carefully consider where you are putting it in relation to where braces and pipes are under your sink. I already had the hole marked and was literally about to drill the granite when I took a second look underneath and figured out I was gonna hit a counter support and a sink clamp. I had to move my measurements over about 3” to clear underneath. I ordered a $30 diamond hole saw kit off Amazon with a drill jig and drilled it with a cheapo Harbor Freight cordless drill in less than 5 minutes.Show Less

As always after deciding to purchase anyway I’m completely baffled at why people would say anything negative about this faucet. It’s beautiful, it’s powerful, and it’s practical.One reviewer stated you cannot wash dishes with this because the spray requires you hold the nozzle down the whole time and leaves you with only one hand. While it is true that the spray nozzle does not have buttons and you do indeed have to squeeze it to operate it, it’s just that, it’s a sprayer. There is a “pot filler” spout as well. The pot filler stays on continuously as long as you have it turned on. It has its own on-off valve. If your washing dishes and not simply rinsing them you just use the pot filler. It has just as much water pressure as the sprayer.Show Less
